Commissions will never change a calculator result, a melt value, a test verdict or a comparison; the numbers come from the spot price and the formulas shown, and the text is written before any partner is chosen.
What we will not do
We do not buy or sell gold, we hold no inventory, and we do not take payment to rank a buyer, a brand or a chain style. Pages that compare products will state the criteria first and apply them to partners and non-partners alike. If a partner's product does badly on our criteria, it will say so.
The legal part
Where a link earns a commission, that is a material connection under the US Federal Trade Commission's endorsement guides (16 CFR Part 255), and it will be disclosed in plain words next to the link as well as on this page.
